• Plate Count Agar (Standard Methods)（標準方法瓊脂）用於在實驗室環境中對水、廢水、食品和乳製品中的細菌進行計數。
• Plate Count Agar (Standard Methods)（標準方法瓊脂）不含選擇性添加劑且營養相對豐富，因此非常適合活生物體的計數，無論是採用傾倒平板法，還是可以與螺旋平板儀結合的表面平板法。

使用方法:

1. 將 23.5 克培養基加入在一升純淨水中。
2. 頻繁攪拌加熱並煮沸一分鐘以完全溶解。
3. 在 121°C 下高壓滅菌 15 分鐘。
4. 冷卻至 45-50°C。
